Nicola is getting married, and while her mother, Linda, is preparing a wedding to rival a Royal one, her father, Brian, is stumping up the cash.

There are just a couple of flies in the ointment - arrangements that start to go horribly wrong; the fact that the 2 grandmothers, Millie and Dee, hate each other with a vengeance after an incident many years previously that nobody will discuss, and a visit from a person that causes mayhem in the household!
